I just clicked “order” and I can barely contain my excitement for Beachbody’s newest program, the Master’s Hammer and Chisel. This is the first time that not one, but TWO Beachbody Celebrity Trainers have come together to produce a fitness program.
This program brings together Autumn Calabrese of the 21 Day Fix and 21 Day Fix Extreme and Sagi Kalev of Body Beast. All three of these programs are incredible not only for building a strong physique but for building a strong life. I’ve done all three of the programs and love them, so the fact that this is a revolutionary program from them both is so exciting(can’t you see how excited Julie and I are right after we purchased?!), so let’s get into it!
What is the Hammer and Chisel?
It is an innovative resistance- training system that incorporates three muscle-sculpting phases—Stabilization, Strength, and Power—or SSP Training. This is how Sagi and Autumn help you efficiently build, chisel, and refine a masterpiece physique in just 60 days.
What does the fitness program entail?
- 12 brand-new, 30- to 40-minute workouts that combine Sagi and Autumn’s proven techniques for 60 days of hardcore resistance training.
- Includes options to adapt certain exercises if you have limited access to equipment
- Includes a modifier who demonstrates some moves at a lower intensity
What type of workouts does the program have?
- SAFETY VIDEO – Sagi and Autumn show you what equipment you need and how to get the most from your workouts.
- HAMMER PLYOMETRICS -This jump training workout will use your entire body to create force, speed, and power.
- ISO SPEED HAMMER -A tempo training workout that uses speed and isometric holds to create strength and grow muscle.
- TOTAL BODY HAMMER -A hypertrophy workout focused on pyramid-style sets to maximize strength and muscle growth.
- MAX HAMMER STRENGTH -Start with a pre-fatigued muscle, finish with a maximum lift. Increase strength, power, and muscular development.
- HAMMER POWER -This intense powerlifting-inspired workout will increase speed, reactive strength, and power.

What are the Results like?
Well, since the program is brand new, I can’t show you mine yet (check back in about 70 days once I get the program and start it!) but here are just a few from the test group. What is cool is that I personally know a few people who were in the test group- and yes, their results are real, not photoshopped. I think these pictures speak for themselves, don’t you?
