I won’t lie– green smoothies have notoriously FREAKED ME OUT. I think it is just the color thing– ! I sucked it up and tried it out, throwing together a random combination that turned out tasty, so I wanted to share! Enjoy 🙂 Got a green smoothie recipe I should try? Let me know!
- Handful of spinach
- 4 oz of ice
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 banana
- 2 Tbsp PB2 (or Just Great Stuff)
- 3/4 cup of water
- 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon
- Vanilla protein powder of your choice (Shakeology works!)
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- BLEND 😉
