Happy Holidays, folks! Although you may be wanting to nestle up with a cup of hot cocoa and a huge chocolate chip cookie, remember… you’ll feel SO much better if you commit to your health during the holiday season (and at least exercise to cancel out some of those extra treats!).
In all seriousness, instead of putting off your fitness and health until the New Year, just dive in and make fitness fun, now. One way to do that is to make a little holiday themed challenge for yourself using this 12 days of Fit- Mas workout!
You can approach this two different ways:
- Each day build upon the next exercise, and by day 12, you’ll be getting a huge calorie burner and full workout
- Try to challenge yourself and do the workout in its entirety, right away!
